Submit an Order Issue
Share an issue with an order using this form.
Please use this form to report any issues related to HOPE, Partner Agency, or FFFF orders. Issues may include but are not limited to, damaged, spoiled, or missing product.
We recommend using your invoice for the order to fill out this form as we will ask for the item number, quantity, and/or pounds affected. You also have the opportunity to attach pictures of the damaged or spoiled product.
Make a Payment
All bills and shop-for invoices are sent electronically. Pick orders will now serve as your invoice.

Include your agency account number with your payment.
Please note that credit card payments take about 3 business days to process and post to agency accounts. Payments through PayPal or checks take 1-2 weeks to process and post to agency accounts. If you need an emergency credit balance adjustment, please call our agency hotline at (512) 684-2503
Food Bank Closures
Please refer to the FY2023 Holiday Guide for closure dates for the Central Texas Food Bank. Ordering guidelines for closures will be posted and sent out 30 days prior to these dates so you can plan for your pantry needs.
Food and Product Recalls
CTFB has notified Partners of a nationwide Product Recall. This recall is due to possible contamination of Valley International Cold Storage Acquisition, LLC. Frozen Beef products as of 9/17/2022. Read official USDA announcement and product detail here.
CTFB has notified Partners of a nationwide Product Recall. This recall is due to possible contamination of Kraft Heinz Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend products as of 8/16/2022. Read official USDA announcement and product detail here.
CTFB has not purchased affected items therefore it was not available on the shopping list, however, it’s possible these items could have been a part of food received through Agency Retail Pick-up or as a part of other donations.
Please locate and dispose of any of the potentially affected products still in your agencies possession.
