Partner Agency Reporting
Partner Agency Monthly Report: This report is for partner agencies of the Food Bank including food pantries (PA accounts), Onsite kitchens (OS accounts), and Onsite kitchen/food pantry (OP accounts).
- Monthly reports must be submitted through the online reporting system on the 1st of the following month that is being reported (Example: November’s report due on December 1st). There is a 15-day grace period to file the report before a report hold is placed on the agency account
- Food pantries must submit the number of Households, Individuals, New clients, and additional pounds every month
- Onsite partners must submit the number of meals served and additional pounds every month
Program Partner Reporting
Fresh Food for Families: This report is for program partners of the Food Bank participating in the Fresh Food for Families distributions.
HOPE: This report is for program partners of the Food Bank participating in the Healthy Options Program for the Elderly.
NEW Mobile Pantry Monthly Report: This report is for program partners of the Food Bank participating in the Mobile Pantry distributions.
CSFP: This report is for program partners of the Food Bank participating in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program.
