Johnny's Selected Seeds has chosen the Food Bank as a recipient of their Charitable Giving Program. They donated thousands of seeds that will help keep families healthy!

Keeping track of what we eat helps create a sense of self-awareness.

This summer was very busy and fun for our CHOICES Nutrition Education Team. The team was able to teach three Cooking Matters at the Store tours. 

After living a life of adventure Patricia and Blaine suffer setbacks that make it hard to make ends meet. Thanks to the Food Bank, they're able to continue eating healthy.

Attendees learned about how food insecurity contributes to poor health, which can cause anything from nutritional deficiencies to substandard academic achievement in school.
