Through Agency Retail Pickup, the Food Bank partners with grocery stores across our 21-county service area to help ensure nutritious food stays out of landfills and gets into the hands of neighbors who need it most. By connecting local retailers with our network of Partner Agencies, we make it easier to access food — where and when it’s needed.
- CTFB coordinates with local grocery retailers.
- Retailers set aside surplus or close-dated food.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a CTFB Partner Agency for at least 6 months
- Must have reliable transportation and storage capacity
- Must follow all safe food handling protocols
- Additional requirements may apply based on store partners
