A widow with a giving heart, Marian is sure to care for family and friends as much as she cares for her own health. She finds support for her dietary needs in the food she receives from the Food Bank, which also helps with her healthcare costs.

Nik Vicknair has a lifetime of experience in caregiving roles, prior to joining the Food Bank as a Mobile Pantry Distribution Specialist. "I've always stayed busy," Nik observes.

As retired Navy veteran, Richard feels safest at the VA, so it comes as a welcome relief to visit the Central Texas Food Bank’s mobile pantry distribution at the VA in Temple to pick up groceries each month.

Cousins and best friends, Kathy and Dixie, have faced their share of hardships over the years. They stick through it all together as a family and turn to the Food Bank for help with food.
