Tuna and White Bean Lettuce Wraps

1 wrap
1 can (12 ounces) light tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/2 can (7.5 ounces) cannellini beans or great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves
1/2 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced


  1. Combine the tuna, beans, red onion, parsley, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper into a bowl and toss it lightly to combine.
  2. After rinsing and drying the lettuce leaves, lay them openly on the plate.
  3. Divide the mix evenly, adding 1/3 cup onto the lettuce leaves;
  4. Top each wrap with avocado and enjoy!
