1 apple, cored and sliced into thin slices (about 6 slices per apple)
3 slices low-sodium, low-fat deli sliced ham
1 ½ slices low-fat sharp cheddar cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Using two apple slices, 1 piece of ham and half a slice of cheese, assemble into a sandwich.
