Additional Food Assistance Available in Burnet, Llano, San Saba, Travis and Williamson Counties
AUSTIN, TX – The Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is expanding its outreach to support neighbors impacted by recent flooding in Central Texas. Beginning this Friday, July 11, CTFB will host special emergency food distributions in Burnet, Llano, San Saba and Williamson County in addition to ongoing emergency response efforts in Travis County.
CTFB continues to work closely with local and county officials, as well as community partners, to mobilize quickly and provide assistance where possible. More sites may be added as needs arise.
“We recognize that in times like these, having access to nutritious food and clean water can help restore strength, stability, and a sense of normalcy during a time of crisis,” said Sari M. Vatske, Central Texas Food Bank President + CEO.
While these locations were created to aid those residents in areas of severe damage, anyone in need of food assistance is welcome to join us at the following locations:
Burnet County

Llano County

July 14, 4-6 p.m., Kingsland Community Center, 3451 Rose Hill Drive, Kingsland
San Saba County
- July 12, 1-2 p.m., First United Methodist Church, 204 W. Brown St., San Saba
Travis County
- Daily, no fixed hours, Round Mountain Baptist Church, 14500 Round Mountain Road, Leander
Williamson
- July 15, 9-10 a.m., Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church, 6571 FM 970, Andice
