Hops for Hunger: The Jackalope Presents "Beer Yoga"

Beer Yoga is back at The Jackalope Bar South Shore on Sunday, November 5, as part of Hops for Hunger, benefiting the Food Bank. That means you can get your workout of the day at this yoga class while you drink beer. The yoga class is free when you bring healthy, non-perishable food item donations for the Food Bank.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. and the yoga class starts at 11 a.m. Don’t forget your yoga mat and food donations for the Food Bank to help feed families in need!

Don’t know what to donate? Here are items our clients request most:

  • peanut butter
  • canned chicken breast or tuna
  • canned low sodium vegetables
  • canned fruit in its own juice (no sugar added)
  • dry pinto beans
  • brown rice
  • non-fat dry milk powder
  • 100 percent whole grain cereal
