Hops & Grain's Hops for Hunger Food Drive

Local brewery Hops & Grain keeps making a difference in their community. During the Food Bank’s busiest time, when donations are desperately needed, the brewery has stepped up to lend a hand with Hops for Hunger week. The brewery is hosting a food drive from June 27 to July 3 and anyone who brings a healthy non-perishable food donation will receive a 10 percent discount off their first beer.  All donations are crucial, especially during the summer when children no longer have access to free or reduced price school lunches.

Our most requested items are:

• peanut butter
• canned chicken breast or tuna
• canned low sodium vegetables
• canned fruit in its own juice (no sugar added)
• dry pinto beans
• brown rice
• non-fat dry milk powder
• 100 percent whole grain cereal

Hours:

Monday- Sunday: 10 A.M. to 10 P.M.
