Join us on Wednesday, September 30 for an intimate garden dinner benefiting the Central Texas Food Bank, hosted by Contigo Catering. As summer lingers and the first signs of fall emerge, the Contigo team celebrates the "Changing of Seasons" with a menu inspired by the flavors and comfort of the transition into autumn. The evening opens with a happy hour of passed bites, followed by a multi-course dinner prepared and served by the full culinary team, with each course introduced tableside for a warm, interactive dining experience.
Tonight's dinner was created by a collaborative team of five Contigo chefs — Aaron Graybill, Quentin Vigneron, Kait O'Reilly, Aimee Gunter, and Autumn Wallace — whose Midwestern and Southern roots have shaped the way they cook and gather around the table. Growing up where the changing seasons are deeply felt, they were inspired to bring that experience into tonight's menu, celebrating the flavors and comfort of the season's shift. Behind the bar, Nico Gomaz rounds out the evening with cocktails crafted to match the season's spirit. Together, the team shares a passion for thoughtful food, meaningful hospitality, and the belief that a shared meal can bring people together in support of something bigger than themselves.
