Seafood lovers are in for a treat at the fifth annual Austin Oyster Festival. Raw oysters, grilled oysters, roasted oysters, fried oysters, delectable oysters cooked in any way imaginable alongside other seafood accompaniments. Presented by Jeri’s Seafood and HOPE Farmers Market, the festival will be held on Saturday, February 25 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. A portion of ticket sales along with donations collected during festival raffles will benefit the Food Bank to help fight hunger in our community.
Attendees will have a chance to taste Executive Chef Chris Bauer of Eddie V’s Gulf and East Coast savory oyster food creations while enjoying a Bloody Mary bar, Topo Chico Mineral water, wine, and specialty cocktails. With mouth-watering food and drinks, participants can also listen to the sounds of Americana, bluegrass, and Cajun from local bands Chansons et Soûlards, the Braun Brothers and the High Plains Jamboree.
Festival goers can give their stomachs a break and get their game face on as they compete in horseshoes, washer pitching and other games. Throughout the day, Individuals can also participate in raffles for prizes and packages to benefit the Food Bank.
Tickets:
$100 VIP Admission includes entrance fee, live entertainment, seven festival vouchers, and access to private oyster tastings by talented local chefs, perk-filled VIP lounge, VIP Deep Eddy Vodka craft bar and automatic entry into a choice of the prize raffles.
$45 General Admission includes entrance fee, live entertainment and five festival vouchers.
Additional vouchers can be purchased for $5 each once inside festival grounds.
Free for children younger than 12 years of age.
