Austin Empty Bowl Project is back with their Summer Concert to help fight hunger when food donations are needed the most. The organization brings together singer-songwriters Adam and Chris Carroll, country and folk singer Grace Pettis and folk singer Shawnee Kilgore for an afternoon full of live music to help families facing hunger.
The event will be held at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection on Saturday, July 21 from 2 to 5 p.m. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased online here or at the door. Ticket purchase includes your choice of an empty bowl hand-made by a local artist. All proceeds benefit the Food Bank and Meals on Wheels Central Texas children's programs.
