Have your summer plans fallen flat? Need ideas on how to break up the routine? We think the best way to solve your summer conundrum is to hang out with us. As a volunteer you can  meet new people and spend quality time with the people you know or want to get to know better.

Summer is also our busiest time of the year as Central Texas families face soaring childcare costs and utility bills. When the weather turns hot and kids are out of school, food budgets get tighter, and more of your neighbors turn to us for help. When you volunteer at the Food Bank, you’ll boost our production and give families a boost in their food budget when they need it most.

We invite you to spend a few hours making your city a better place to live work and play. Bring a friend, bring a date, bring a business contact or just bring  an open mind.
