Make a difference in the lives of families during a Texas Stars Hockey League home game night. The Texas Stars and H-E-B are partnering to help feed families in Central Texas. For every eight H-E-B branded nonperishable food items donated during Monday through Thursday home games, fans will receive a complimentary ticket to the game.
Join the Texas Stars as they host a special food drive night on October 20. The Food Bank will have a truck onsite to collect food items. Don’t forget your food donation to help feed families in Central Texas. Don’t know what to bring? Check out the list of items our client’s request the most:
- peanut butter
- canned chicken breast or tuna
- canned low sodium vegetables
- canned fruit in its own juice (no sugar added)
- dry pinto beans
- brown rice
- non-fat dry milk powder
- 100 percent whole grain cereal
