1 garlic clove, peeled
½ cup cilantro leaves
¼ cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup water
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Thin the salad dressing out with water until it reaches desired consistency.
- Keep in airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
