The Central Texas Food Bank is committed to responsible financial stewardship and organizational transparency. Our financial statements are available to the public so donors, partners and our community can see how resources are managed in service of our mission.

As a member of Feeding America, we operate within standards and requirements established by the BBB Wise Giving Alliance Standards for Charity Accountability.

Donor Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal information of our donors.

The Central Texas Food Bank does not trade, share or sell donors' personal information or send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. Information provided to CTFB is used to process transactions, communicate with supporters, and maintain necessary organizational records.  

Use of Information: The information collected is used solely by CTFB to process donations, communicate with donors, and for internal record-keeping.​

Opt-Out: Donors may opt-out of receiving promotional correspondence or information from CTFB by emailing us at contribute@centraltexasfoodbank.org or by checking the appropriate box on the online form when submitting their information.​

Security: Our website has industry-standard security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.​

The Central Texas Food Bank is committed to providing services equitably and complying with applicable federal civil rights requirements. 

SNAP Only Non-Discrimination Statement

In accordance with federal civil rights law and USDA civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its agencies, offices, employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity, in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA (not all bases apply to all programs). Remedies and complaint filing deadlines vary by program or incident.

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g., Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.) should contact the state or local agency that administers the program or contact USDA through the Telecommunications Relay Service at 711 (voice and TTY). Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
