½ cup whole grain cereal (Ex: low fat granola)
1/3 cup low fat yogurt
¼ cup fruit
1-2 tablespoons chopped nuts

PREPARATION

  1. Place in layers in a cup: first the cereal, then the yogurt, then the fruit.  Top with chopped nuts.
