The Central Texas Food Bank Announces 2026 Feeding Creativity Art Competition

K–12 students are invited to imagine a future fueled by fresh food, fresh ideas, and fresh starts.

The Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is now accepting entries for its 2026 Feeding Creativity Art Competition, a youth-focused initiative that encourages K–12 students across CTFB’s 21-county service area to explore how the power of art helps raise awareness about hunger.

This year’s theme, “The Future is Fresh,” invites students to imagine a future where everyone has access to nutritious food and where big ideas grow because basic needs are met. Fresh food. Fresh ideas. Fresh starts. Students are asked to reflect on what a fresh future looks like to them — and how access to healthy food can help individuals, families, and communities thrive.

The first-place winner’s artwork will be featured on a CTFB delivery truck, transforming student creativity into a moving message that will be seen across Central Texas.
