The Central Texas Food Bank offers a home delivery program in Bastrop, Hays, Travis and Williamson Counties in partnership with Austin Public Health Neighborhood Services Unit, Round Rock Area Serving Center and Amazon.

CTFB's Home Delivery Program serves Bastrop, Hays, Travis and Williamson Counties in partnership with Austin Public Health Neighborhood Services Unit, Round Rock Area Serving Center and Amazon.

Eligibility & How to Enroll

To be eligible for this program you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Reside in Bastrop, Hays, Travis or Williamson Counties
  • Be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
  • Fall within one or more of these populations: Seniors (60+), Households with Children (0-17 years old), Individuals with a disability, Veterans, or Active Military Members
  • Lack access to other food resources due to transportation or mobility barriers
  • Have a valid U.S. phone number
  • Have a residential mailing address

Delivery Details

Once enrolled, participants will be signed up for a recurring monthly food box delivery. The box will be distributed directly to the participant’s doorstep by Amazon each month via contactless delivery. Participants can choose to un-enroll in the program at any time.

Sample Box Contents

Each month, participants will receive one food box per household. While the exact menu may vary, each box will weigh approximately 30 pounds and contain groceries such as oatmeal, pasta, dried beans, canned protein, and fruits and vegetables.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992.
